To
fulfill your dream to make it big at Bollywood,
join Asian Academy of Film & Television
The number of Indian movies
produced each year is the highest in the
world and Bollywood, as the Mumbai based
Hindi film industry is popularly known,
is undoubtedly the biggest contributor to
this number. In terms of number of films,
quality of films, investment and revenue
generation, Bollywood is undoubtedly the
biggest player in the Indian film industry.
Every year, thousands of people from all
corners of the country come to Mumbai to
get a chance to work in the film industry.
Few of them make a mark in Bollywood but
most of them never get a chance to even
prove their worth. It was a time, when people
with least or no knowledge of film making
used to come in the industry and learned
the tricks of the tread by working in the
industry. But things have changed. It is
now hard to get a chance in Bollywood
if you don't have the proper training. That
is the reason that film schools are on high
demand now and we at AAFT, have been providing
world class film and television education.
AAFT is located within
the Noida film city that also houses the
Marwah Studios. Marwah Studios is a state
of the art film and television production
facility that is equipped with advanced
and most cutting edge technologies of audio
visual medium. These are the reasons for
which many Bollywood directors now prefer
to shoot at the Marwah Studios and Noida
film city. Therefore, while going through
any of the courses that are conducted at
AAFT our students get the opportunity to
observe the working procedure of the Bollywood
exponents and learn from them. The students
of our film school also get the opportunity
to work in the "in-house" productions
of Marwah Studios with the Bollywood stars
and expert technicians that prepare them
for their future career as a professional.
As we have already mentioned that Marwah
Studios remains the centre of activities
throughout the year, following are some
the films that were shot at the studio and
in the Noida film city -
