COURSE OUTLINE

Yoga can help improve a person’s mental well-being, creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.

This advanced course helps to expand your knowledge of the science of Yoga. From asana and pranayama, to diets and kriya, it also covers up the knowledge from Vedas and Upnishads. The students have to submit a research project i.e dissertation in the final semester which is designed to explore new topics as well as to dive deeper into special areas of interest.
