AAFT School of Cinema has a diverse range of state-of-the-art equipment and labs that provides students with access to high-end professional tools. These tools enhance the knowledge of students and prepare them to face the challenges of the industry.

The academy has two TV Studios, a screening theatre, a film shooting floor, a low-rise TV studio, two mini TV training studios, a mini-film training studio, a mini-preview theatre, a Chroma studio, two post-production labs, rehearsal halls, and outdoor shooting facility

There are 17 high-definition, broadcast-quality cameras and 33 Windows-based Adobe Premiere Pro software installed systems, indoor and outdoor lights, two 360-degree track and trolleys, and two 22-ft cranes for hands-on learning.

The AAFT School of Fashion and Design has become a hub of innovation and creativity since its inception, thanks to its state-of-art and high-tech infrastructure and the hands-on experiential learning through live projects and innovative pedagogy.The school has 67 industrial sewing machines and supporting equipment Interlocking machines.

The school also has well-equipped labs such as the garment construction lab, pattern making lab, draping labs, workshops, and pattern drafting labs.

The workshops are equipped with a large number of soft boards and mannequins and industry-relevant tools and software that help students design patterns for garment formation. Through mannequins, they can learn about positioning and pinning fabric to carve out designs.

The School of Advertising, PR, and Events boasts of high-end infrastructure and equipment including a sound editing lab, seminar hall, radio broadcast studios, sound recording studio, interview studio, lab editing, chroma center, and interview studio.

The state-of-the-art infrastructure in the School of Performing Arts offers hands-on training to the students. They get an opportunity to apply the classroom learning through high-end technology practically using the:

  • The School of Performing Arts also has an in-house Radio station- 107.4 FM Radio Noida. Numerous instruments like tablas, drums, pianos, keyboards, guitars and darbukas are available for use by students.

    Moreover, there are facilities for students to work on and master industry-specific software like Logic, Protools, Ableton Live, Fl studio and Cubase.

    The School of Animation is equipped with cutting-edge infrastructure comprising of sketching labs, sculpting labs, 2D / 3D animation labs, post-production studio, editing stations, and high-end animation workstations.

    The school has all the latest software for students to work on and generate innovative animation like Apple Mac Pro HD Ready, Digital Pen Tablet, Adobe Premiere Editing Suite, Avid & Velocity Editing Suite, Practical Console, and Animation Design software.

    Students will learn to execute techniques for creating time-based animation. They will also learn to edit shots taken for visual effects through computer tools and techniques and add effects to layers, colors, background, etc., to bring out the desired effects.

    The AAFT School of Journalism and Mass Communication has state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment matching international standards. Air-conditioned classrooms, LCD projectors, Chroma studios, video editing labs, post-production labs, photography labs, and print labs are all part of the offerings.

    The post-production lab has a high-end Mac workstation, Windows editing workstation, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (FCP), Nuendo audio editing software and Sound Track audio editing software, and the Print Lab is equipped with Windows systems and the latest designing software like QuarkXpress and Adobe InDesign.

    The Chroma studio is equipped with a professional green screen setup, teleprompter, news anchoring set up, interview set up, and an entertainment show set up.

    AAFT School of Still Photography is equipped with infrastructure and technology that is commensurate with international standards. It boasts a world-class photo studio, new-age gadgets and equipment.

    The School of Still Photography has 72 professional high-end DSLR cameras, a wide range of professional lenses, the latest studio flash lights and accessories.

    Technically advanced editing labs with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
