Ms. Shipra is a post graduate in Tourism and Travel Management from Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management and a graduate from Delhi University. She has nearly 11 years of experience including both industry and academics. She has a special zeal towards teaching and spreading knowledge of Tourism. She is an avid traveler, who has explored a large part of India and some of Europe. She is a keen participant in different events and conferences to enhance the knowledge and relationship building in relation with tourism industry who has two international research papers to her credit.

She truly believes that travel enhances our understanding of the world which teaches us patience and tolerance to make a person wise in life and one need to be focused, dedicated and empathetic to achieve anything in life.
