AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism has access to different types of practical labs to give hands-on experience to its students. We have our in-house restaurant, bar and fast food outlet (pebble street, Fio, Pita Pit and Chicago Pizza) and in-house travel agency Marwell Tours and Travels.
Various workshops have been organized to provide students with hands-on insights into the dynamic hospitality and tourism industry. Industry experts shared their invaluable experiences through engaging activities like wine tasting sessions, Italian pasta-sauce making workshops, practical coffee brewing sessions and more, blending practical knowledge with real-world expertise.
Ans.: Students who have completed their higher secondary education (10+2) from any recognized Board of Education such as CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE / IB or State Board are eligible to apply for B.Sc in Culinary Arts.
Ans.: The duration of the degree course in Culinary Arts is 3 years.
