The B.A. in Acting for Films, TV and Web Series program is a comprehensive journey via a carefully developed curriculum that prepares aspiring actors for success. During this program, students learn acting, voice modulation and cinema studies.
With our 3-year B.A. in Acting for Film, TV and Web Series program, students will learn about hands-on training in performance techniques, character development, screen presence and camera acting. The curriculum blends theory with practice through workshops, mock shoots and real-time production experience. Exclusive masterclasses with 1:1 mentoring sessions is a major highlight by renowned animators, industry deans and experts.
Our curriculum is industry-aligned and designed following a 70:30 assessment structure - with 70% focus on practical sessions and live projects and portfolio development and 30% on written assessments, strategic thinking and critical analysis. This program offers a holistic development of both artistic expression and intellectual understanding, preparing students for rewarding careers in animation, gaming and digital media.

Swara Bhasker, an Indian actress has joined AAFT as the Industry Dean of the School of Drama & Acting. Best known for her supporting work in mainstream productions and starring roles in independent films, she has won two Screen Awards and has received four Filmfare Award nominations. Bhasker garnered widespread recognition from critics and audiences with a supporting role in the 2011's commercially successful romantic comedy-drama Tanu Weds Manu. She then appeared in Raanjhanaa, along with Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor, which was one of the highest-grossing Bollywood film of that year. She received high critical praise as well as her second Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress. Bhasker played the lead in Anand L. Rai's comedy drama Nil Battey Sannata for which she was awarded with the Best Actress award at the Silk Road International Film Festival.
