The Diploma in Advertising and Brand Communication is ideal for aspiring advertisers, storytellers, and brand strategists looking to break into the world of creative marketing. This industry-focused marketing and advertising course is designed to equip students with practical skills in campaign planning, digital advertising, media strategy, and consumer insights.
With our one-year Diploma in Advertising and Brand Communication program, students will receive in-depth training in brand strategy, campaign planning, consumer behaviour, media management, and storytelling. The industry-aligned advertising and branding course follows a 70:30 structure, with 70% practical learning through live projects and portfolio building, and 30% on strategy, analysis, and written assessments.

Prahlad Kakar is one of India's top Ad filmmakers, with iconic campaigns like Pepsi, Nestle, Britannia biscuits to his name. He is the Founder and Director of Genesis Films Production, one of the leading production houses since 1977. Known for his work on a Pepsi TV commercial with Amitabh Bachchan and Sachin Tendulkar, Prahlad Kakar has joined AAFT as the Industry Advisor of the School of Advertising, PR & Events. Prahlad has won several awards for technical excellence, Innovation and creativity in advertising over the years in India. His production house, Genesis, won both gold and silver awards including campaign of the year for the Pepsi commercials at AAAI. Commercials directed by Prahlad have also been nominated for Lions at Cannes. Prahlad Kakar has earned himself a Lifetime Achievement Award by the IAAFA and made Genesis the top Production House for two consecutive seasons.
