Yoga is a science that deals with body, breath, mind and soul. Become an expert Yoga trainer and help people lead a healthy life by signing up for one year Diploma course in Yoga. It will help the students to become a pro in yogasanas, meditation techniques and yoga practices. Ans.: Students who have passed or will appear for higher secondary (10+2) from any recognized Board of Education such as CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE / IB or State Board, can apply for admission to the UG diploma in yoga. If you want to pursue a post graduate diploma in yoga, then you must have completed your graduation from any university or institute recognized (by law) in India.
Ans.: The duration of the yoga diploma is 1 year.
Ans.: To apply for admission in the 1 year yoga course, just submit the duly filled Application Form along with the mandatory documents.
