Ms. Akansha Bhatnagar

Asst. Professor

Ms. Akansha Bhatnagar is a highly dynamic and result-oriented nutrition professional with the strong interest in the field of research.

She is UGC-NET qualified and completed her graduation and post-graduation in Food and Nutrition with specialization in Therapeutic Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi.

She completed her training from AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) and Sports Authority of India. She is a certified Diabetes Educator and worked as a Clinical Nutritionist in esteemed organizations. In the field of academics, she worked as Assistant Professor in a University there, apart from teaching she guided post-graduation students in dissertation research work.

She has contributed in the ‘Innovation Research Project’ conducted by University of Delhi which involved assessment of trans fatty acids in edible oils used for cooking in Indian households. Her publications involve review papers and book chapters with primary as well as secondary authorship.

She is a life member of Indian Dietetic Association and Nutrition Society of India and is always actively involved in swotting updated researches.
