Tailor your creativity to knit and weave some of the most dynamic collections for a plethora of lifestyle, fashion, and interior markets.
This three-year B.Sc in Textile Design at AAFT School of Fashion and Design will instill in you the specialized knowledge and skills needed to become a successful textile designer in the global market. You will get to tap your imagination and convert it into creating innovative designs by learning about sewing techniques, weave structure, dyeing techniques, and printing methods relevant to the garment design industry.
Will be able to create designs using Surface Ornamentation of fabrics by using different types of embroideries.
Will be able to create samples by screen printing, dying and stencil printing
Will do dyeing of fabrics.
Will be able to create samples by weaving
Will design digitally using CAD softwares
Will create a design collection of fabrics
AAFT School of Fashion and Design has a state-of-the-art infrastructure that helps students gain expertise in the industry's technical aspects.

Various workshops on calligraphy, Chitrakala and Kashmir embroidery are conducted for AAFT School of Fashion and Design students to gain a first-hand experience of the latest trends in the fashion industry.
Ans.:Students who have passed or will appear for higher secondary (10+2) from any recognized Board of Education such as CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE / IB or State Board, can apply for admission for this course at AAFT.
Ans.: The duration of the course is 3 years.
