Shilpa Saini is an accomplished professional with more then 21years of experience in the field of Fashion designing .She is currently serving as assistant professor at AAFT and Head of the department at IIFT.Besides a degree in commerce from DU , a higher diploma in Fashion Designing and a specialization course in CAD,she has done Business English certificate course from University of Cambridge(UCLES).She has extensive experience of teaching both practical(garment construction,pattern making,grading,draping,surface ornamentation) and theoretical (VM,AM,FMM,MM, QC,HOF) subjects.
