Ms Shefali is a Certified Hospitality Trainer from the Ministry of Tourism & NCHMCT. She holds Master's in Travel and Tourism Management from IGNOU and is an alumni of IHM Guwahati (NCHMCT), batch 2004-2007. She has 9+ years of experience and has worked as a committee member for developing Syllabus and Course Content for Diploma programmes of Front Office and Housekeeping for IGNOU and Sri Sanskar School of Etiquette and Career Development (SSS) collaboration.

She has moderated and co-anchored events in YMCA, SSS and American Community Support Association (American Embassy). She is an educator who is passionate about learning as she believes that learning is the best investment for life. She has received appreciation letters from her previous association with YMCA and Food Craft Institute, Ajmer.
