He has over 14 years of experience in the field of culinary and hospitality education. Chef Naseem began his career with one of the most respected names in hospitality—The Oberoi Group. His journey with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts spanned over nine years, serving in some of the most iconic properties including The Oberoi Shimla, The Oberoi Gurgaon, The Oberoi Trident, The Oberoi Dubai, and The Oberoi Al Zorah in Ajman, UAE. His association with these world-class establishments gave him the opportunity to refine his craft, work with multicultural teams, and gain international exposure. During this tenure, he mastered not only the art of bakery and confectionery but also honed his expertise in Indian cuisine, with a special focus on Mughlai delicacies and tandoor cooking. Chef Naseem has been recognized for his skills in bread-making, having won multiple competitions in the UAE.
