Mr. Arijit Paul has experience of more than two decades in the area of film education. He has worked in the industry for nearly equal number of years in almost all formats of the audiovisual media. He has also designed and executed a number of sound studios.

He has equal command over the theoretical as well as technical aspects of filmmaking. Before joining AAFT he was working in the capacity of film educator and Head of Department in various Institutions.

In his illustrious career, he has been detrimental in setting up and updating film departments across the country according to the latest modernizations in technology and andragogy.
