She is a former faculty of Symbiosis (SIMC) Pune with more than 8 years of experience in Film Education. Her specialization includes Film Studies, Gender Studies, Cinema Techniques and more. She has worked as an Assistant Director for ‘Anonymous’-a documentary, showcased at the ‘Visions du Reel’ International Film Festival, Switzerland. She is also a research scholar and has several international & national level research paper presentations and publications to her name. Her PhD thesis was on Cinematic Representation of Women Protagonists in Partition Narratives. She was one of the eleven Mass Communication students selected from the country for an internship at Rashtrapati Bhavan in 2012.
