National Conference on Global Tourism at Marwah Studios

Noida, 27th September: A national conference was held at Marwah Studios on 27th September on the eve of World Tourism Day to promote global travel and tourism business. Veteran co-operator and freedom fighter- Padmabhushan Shivajirao Giridhar Patil inaugurated the ceremony and Dr Dinesh Executive Director NCUI, Government of India was guest of honour.

Sandeep Marwah, Managing Director of National Federation of Tourism & Transport Co-operatives of India Ltd., greeted all the delegates. “Tourism plays a predominant role in the world economy and certainly espouses national integration and brotherhood”, said Sandeep Marwah, the Ambassador of International Human Rights Organisation affiliated to United Nations .He also a read a message from Bann ki-Moon and announced that NFTC will convene the 7th International Conference on cooperatives to coincide with the AAFT 7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014.

Premiere of a documentary film on ‘National Federation of Fishermen’s Cooperatives Ltd.’ took place during the same. B.K.
