I was initiated into the art of Vocal Music under the able guidance of Late Smt. Renuka Sen, disciple of Pandit Bhishmadev Chattopadhaya of Bishnupur Gharana and grand disciple of Sarangi player Ustad Badal Khan Saheb. Later she joined ITC SANGEET RESEARCH ACADEMY in Kolkata in 2009 as a research scholar and presently pursuing classical and semi classical vocal training under Padma Vibhushan Smt. Girija Devi Ji, along with that she gave Vocal support in several concerts to Smt Girija Devi Ji, like Chakradhar samaroh-raigarh, ITC Sangeet Sammelan-kolkata, Malhar Festival and prestigious Doverlane Music Conference and in Bangladesh (Bengal Foundation). Also learned khayal gayaki under the guidance of Shri Omkar Dadarkar, musician tutor of ITC SANGEET RESEARCH ACADEMY. Performed in ""Khazana "" Ghazal show in Mumbai ,has been a dedicated teacher guide for students from 6-12 ,Delhi Public School, Ranchi, The school has won National prize for many competitive musical events .Audio CD released by Dr. Arun Kumar
