Mr. Priyesh Srivastava is a seasoned hospitality professional and academician, currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Hotel Management. With15 years of rich experience spanning both industry and academia, he brings a rare blend of practical expertise and academic excellence to the classroom. He has served in renowned five-star hotels such as Radisson Blu Kaushambi, The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi, and Shangri-La Eros Hotel, New Delhi, gaining 7 years of in-depth experience in the Food & Beverage Department. Transitioning into academia, he has dedicated the past 8 years to teaching, mentoring, and research, making a lasting impact on students aspiring to join the hospitality industry. Mr. Srivastava is a certified professional with Barstart and Barsmart Graduation from Pernod Ricard, USA, specializing in restaurant and bar operations training. His strong research orientation is reflected in his 4 patents and 4 published research papers. He has also authored the book STARTUP DNA: The Entrepreneur's Roadmap from Idea to Impact, where his research and insights on innovation and entrepreneurship are prominently highlighted. Recognized for his excellence in teaching, he was honored with the Best Teacher Award in Food and Beverage Management (October 2022) by Mrs. Ritu Khanduri Bhushan, Hon’ble Speaker of Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly.
