Ms. Swati Verma is an Educationist, Nutritionist, Researcher; Columnist is a pioneer in the field of Nutrition & Dietetics. She has been able to successfully coach and mentor hundreds of students of all age groups in this field. Her students today hold respectable position in India’s prominent healthcare organizations & hospitals. Many of them are following their dream of being an Entrepreneur.

She is UGC-Net qualified with junior research fellowship. She has been awarded with National Council’s Gold Medal and Certificate of Excellence for securing “All India First Rank” in M.Sc. Dietetics from IHM Pusa (2008-2010). She has also pursued B. Ed. in this field. She has done her Bachelors from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University.

She has also presented several research papers and case studies in the field of Nutrition at Indian Dietetics Association (IDA) and is a lifetime member of the association. One of her famous research papers on “Malnutrition among urban elderly” has been published in AIIMS journal, November 2011 edition.

She has research based practical approach towards teaching and strongly believes that by hard work, anything can be achieved.

She loves to cook, travel and spend time with her family in her free time.
