She did Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from National Institute of Technology, Patna and completed her Master in Recreational Architecture (M.Arch) from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. In the past, she has been associated with Sushant School of Design, Ansal University, Gurgaon and AD the Design School, Malviya Nagar, Delhi as part time faculty for more than 2 years. Her areas of expertise are Innovative Concepts in design and she holds good command over design softwares and drafting. Also, she has freelanced as a Recreation Adviser in recent years.
